Ervin H. Pohlman, 80, of Lake Zurich, IL passed away peacefully,
January 12, 2019 in JourneyCare CareCenter in Barrington, IL. Ervin was born on
July 17, 1938, in Palatine, IL the son of August and Anna (Schnieder) Pohlman.
He was a 1957 graduate of Ela-Vernon High School. Ervin worked for Jewel Tea Corporation in sales
for several years. Later in life Ervin worked for Barrington Transportation as
a bus driver. Ervin was passionate about hunting golfing, snowmobiling and
cheering on his Chicago Cubs. He made
his spiritual home at St. Peters U.C.C. in Lake Zurich.

Ervin is loved and missed by his children, Laura (Martin)
Formella, Stacy Pohlman; grandchildren, Kailey (Jeff), Anthony and Nathan
Formella as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his
parents and sister, MaryAnn (Ervin) Hapke.
