Emma M. Budke, 83, of Belvidere, died peacefully, Friday, December 12, 2014 in her son's home surrounded by her loving family after a lingering illness. Emma was born January 24, 1931 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was an avid gardener who worked with greenery and enjoyed floral arranging at the Hills Nursery in Dundee, IL. Emma loved and cherished animals and was a wonderful housewife and mother.

She is loved and will be greatly missed by her late husband of 67 years, John of Cinncinati; sons, John "Jack" Jr. and Jeff (Theresa); grandchildren, Michelle, Jennifer, Keith, Sarah, Heather, Rachel, Tiffany and step grandson, Lucas. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Belinda "Boo"; siblings, Billy and Boots.
