Elsie H. Kline, 92, of Belvidere died Wednesday September 28, 2005 at the Biltmore Rehabilitation Center. She was born on November 29, 1912 in Belvidere to Manley Delbert and Cynthia Blanche (McCoy) Silvius. She is survived by a son; Larry Kline of Chicago, step-son; LeRoy Kline, a brother Horace Silvius of Belvidere, 7 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
