Elnora I. Hackerd, 85, of Belvidere, died peacefully Wednesday, September 19, 2012 in Maplecrest Care Centre. Born May 17, 1926 in Holcomb, Mississippi; daughter of Jake and Virginia Ella (Lott) Loden. Worked for A & P Bakery in Detroit, Michigan and for Belvedere Products. Member of East Park Baptist Church. Survivors include her grandson Rick (Luann) Smith of Cherry Valley, great-granddaughters Melissa (Eric) Thorne-Smith, Tina (Eric) Smith-Ullman, Kim (Jason) Smith-Brown, great-great-granddaughters Alexis, Madellyn, and Jolyn, daughter-in-law Barbara Brown.Predeceased by parents, daughter Nilon June Smith, son James Brown, granddaughters Debra Thorne, Sandra Smith, and 11 brothers and sisters.
