Ellie May Hancock, 9 months, of Belvidere, died unexpectedly on Thursday, September 29, 2011 in Swedish-American Medical Center, Belvidere. She was born on December 31, 2010 in Rockford, Illinois; the daughter of Michael A. and Amy E. Hancock. In addition to her parents, Ellie May is survived by her brother, Cayden Bales of Belvidere; Maternal Grandparents, Theresa (Joe) Lopez, of Rockford; and Jeffrey (Fabienne) Smith, of Rockton; Paternal Grandmother, Brenda Hancock, of Belvidere; Maternal Great Grandparents, David and Idalla Smith of Rockford; and Paternal Great Grandparents, Ed and Jo Pastor, of Rockford; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
