Elizabeth Cathcart Eisenbraun age 88 of South Elgin, and formerly of Belvidere entered into heaven at St Joseph Hospital in Elgin. She was born February 5, 1918 in Kirkaldy, Scotland the daughter of John and Agnes (Turner) Williamson. She later married the love of her life Gotthilf H. Eisenbraun at St. Stevens Lutheran Church, Chicago, Illinois in 1946. She was employed for 20 years at Addison State Bank as a bookkeeper before retiring to be with her husband and family. Elizabeth was also a long-time member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Belvidere. Survivors include her cherished husband of 60 years Gotthilf Eisenbraun, loving children; Agnes (Richard) Sabel, Phillip (Deborah) Eisenbraun, Gregory (Lori) Eisenbraun, Janice (Kurt) Sampson, and Bruce (Diane) Eisenbraun, 13 adoring grandchildren, 14 caring great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Elizabeth was preceded in death by many friends and family.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Elizabeth's name to the family for a charity to be determined at a later date.
