Elaine A. Kollak, 64, of Belvidere, died Saturday, March 1, 2014 in Park Place of Belvidere. She was born on September 20, 1949 in Belvidere; the daughter of John and Iva Lorraine (Campbell) Kollak. Elaine worked as a telephone operator for GTE and then operated a Day Care. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Belvidere. She graduated from Belvidere High School and attended Rock Valley College. Elaine is survived by her brother, John Kollak; 3 nieces, 4 nephews and a great nephew.

Private Graveside service with the immediate family will be held at a later date in Highland Garden of Memories. Arrangements by Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, Buck-Wheeler-Hyland Chapel 218 W. Hurlbut Av. No visitation.
