Eileen D. Worley, 69, of Poplar Grove, Illinois, died
peacefully April 4, 2019 in Rockford, Illinois.

Born August 17, 1949 to William and Vera (Harvey) Nelson.

Eileen was most recently a dispatcher for Lifeline, an ambulatory
care company. She was a member of the
Ladies Auxiliary of North Boone Fire District #3. She loved quilting, sewing,
antiques, ceramics, and don't forget the tea!

Eileen is loved and missed dearly by her daughters, Jennifer (John Ragland) Novak, Mikayla (Corey) Hilderbrand; son, Ken (Crystal) Worley; sister, Maureen Barclay(Rob); grandchildren, Jaxon and twins, Jenna and Journey, Kyle, Caleb and Connor; Meredith and Mike, Nicole and Jon, Hannah and Dylan; great-grandson, Brayden; niece and nephews, Emily (Jason Wright), Robbie, and Scott (Kelly Barclay); and forever family, David Smith, "Ex wife" Jeannie, and Gail Worley; and numerous family and friends.

Eileen is preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL 61008. A memorial gathering will be from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. prior to the memorial gathering. Patrick Anderson will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her honor to the American Cancer Society.
