Belvidere, ILEileen E. Edwards, 89, of Belvidere, IL died peacefully, Wednesday, October 26, 2011 in Fairhaven Christian Home after a short illness. Eileen was born November 1, 1922 in Belvidere, IL the daughter of Wallace and Mable (Wilson) Craig. She married Donald G. Edwards on June 10, 1942 in Belvidere. Eileen worked as a bookkeeper for Harms & Elliot Accounting Firm then General Telephone. She retired from Iola Nelson Accounting Agency in Renton, WA. Eileen was a member of First Baptist Church and a member of Ada Stearns Fellowship at the church. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary, Beaver Valley Grange, Eagles Club of Renton, WA and the Women of the Moose.Eileen is loved and will be missed by her children, Dean (Vicki) Edwards of Belvidere, Wayne (Susan) Edwards of DeKalb, IL, John (Wendy) Edwards of Loves Park, IL; grandchildren, Jennifer (Shawn) Shefte, Scott (Kari) Edwards, Sherri (Jason) Noel, Angela (Andre) Lorenzen and Erin Edwards; great grandchildren, Nicholas, James, Kyle, Samantha, Anna and Gavin. Eileen is predeceased by her parents, husband and daughter Joan Carol Edwards.
