Dorothy M. Hardy, 61, of Belvidere, died Monday, July 6, 2009 in Swedish-American Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 31, 1948 in Dickinson, N.D., the daughter of Herbert and Clara (Boltz) Molm. She was employed as a Factory Worker for Aubrey Manufacturing Co. in Union, Illinois for 29 years. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church. She enjoyed going to Garage Sales, Crafts, Feeding anybody, reading and her bath. She loved people. Dorothy graduated from Bellfield N.D. High School and attended the local college. She is survived by Husband, Richard Drewek, Belvidere; a son, Travis (Jennifer) Hardy; Belvidere; six grandchildren, Shawn Roth; Jeremiah Johnson, Travis "T.J." Hardy; Hannah Johnson; Max Hardy and Gabriella Hardy; five brothers, Ellis (Shelva) Molm; Dennis (Nora) Molm; Howard (Connie) Molm; John Molm; and Tom (Patty) Molm; a sister, Alice Nelson, and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by parents, a daughter, Charmion Newton and a sister, Maryanne Lee.
