Donna J. Morgan, 83, of Belvidere, IL, passed away peacefully, October 2, 2021 in her home surrounded by loved ones. Donna was born September 1, 1938, in Janesville, WI, the daughter of Howard and Gladys (Lawrence) Mikkelson. She married Thomas R. Morgan on September 21, 1963 in Madison, WI. She worked many years for her family business, Morgan Building Maintenance, Inc. Donna loved bowling, cheering on her Chicago Cubs and watching her Green Bay Packers. She was a talented musician; she loved to sing and play guitar for family and friends. Donna loved all animals; you could always find her bird watching on the back porch or spending time with her horse.Most importantly, Donna loved her family.

Donna is loved and missed by her husband, Thomas Morgan; children, Jay (Mary) Haskell, Teresa (Thomas) Griffith, Daniel (Joy) Morgan; grandchildren, Kimberly Gardner, Daniel (Danielle) Haskell, Janelle Gardner, RaeAnne (Rick) Haskell, Abby (Kalli) Williams-Cleary, Sarah Griffith, Colin (Amy) Griffith, Victoria (Daniel) Morgan Nagel, Benjamin Morgan; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Alexa, Adeline; sister, Marlene "Nena" Rideout as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael R. Morgan; siblings, Wallace "Buddy" Mikkleson and Thelma "Tootie" Halferty.

The visitation for Donna will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m., Monday, October 11, 2021 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL 61008. Donna's memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Boone County Animal Shelter, 4546 Squaw Prairie Rd, Belvidere IL 61008.
