Donna M. Faber, 79, of Poplar Grove died Saturday, October 11, 2014 in her home from natural causes. She was born on March 8, 1935 in Anna, Illinois; the daughter of David R. and Wilma (Adams) Sitter. Donna was employed as Sales Representative for Sunrise Electric Company. She attended Immanuel Lutheran Church as well as an active member of the YMCA. She enjoyed traveling and watching her grandchildren participate in sports. She is survived by 3 daughters, Carol (Bruce) Miller, Woodbury, CT; Sandra (Scott) Faber-Horcher, Carpentersville, IL; Renee (Robert Carr) Dodd, Poplar Grove, IL; 8 grandchildren, Candice (Ryan) Barnard, Brittany Horcher, Scott (Renee) Horcher, Ryan Horcher, Jason Horcher, Rachael Miller, Katelyn Miller, Christopher Dodd and 2 step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, Aubrie Rohrbacher, Anna Marshall, Caroline Horcher, a sister, Robyn (Jay) Ferraro and brother, Michael (Donna) Sitter; 5 nephews and 2 nieces. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Evelyn Jackson.

Funeral service 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 17, 2014 in Immanuel Lutheran Church 1045 E. Belvidere Rd. Belvidere, IL with the Rev. Allan Buss, officiating. Private Burial. Visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday in Anderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services at Buck-Wheeler-Hyland Chapel 218 W. Hurlbut Av. and 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Friday at the church.
