Donald M. Howard, 81 of Belvidere, IL passed away peacefully after a long illness on Tuesday morning, March 11, 2015. Donald was born November 7, 1933 in Belvidere, IL. He proudly served in the United States Army, belonged to the Lions Club, Belvidere VFW and was a long standing member of The County Line Grange.

Donald was the loving husband and is predeceased by his wife, Rose Mary (Peters) Howard of Belvidere, IL; and daughter, Dixie Howard of Belvidere, IL. Donald is loved and will be missed by many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M on Monday March 16, 2015 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services at Buck-Wheeler-Hyland Chapel, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL with Rev.
