Diana M. Anderson, 53, of Belvidere, IL passed away, Friday, June 9, 2017 in OSF St. Anthony's Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.  Diana was born August 24, 1963 in Belvidere, IL, the daughter of Gerald L. and Velma (Butler) Knox.  Diana graduated from Belvidere High School in 1981 and She married Gregory Anderson on June 30, 1984 in Belvidere.  Diana worked for OSF for 15 years. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Belvidere. Diana passionately loved her family.

Diana is loved and will be missed by her husband, Greg; children, Ashley (Stephan) Ruszczak, Andrew (Carianne) Anderson; grandchildren, Jackson Ruszczak, Aldon Anderson; parents, Gerald and Velma Knox; brother Kevin Knox; sister, Brenda Douglas; sister-in-law Renee Knox; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Diana is preceded in death by her brother, Mark and her grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1045 Belvidere Rd., Belvidere, IL with Rev. Allan Buss, pastor officiating.  Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday June 13, 2017 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL.  Burial will be in Highland Garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Diana's name at a later date.
