Dennis W. Anderson, 47, of Belvidere, IL passed away Monday, September 24, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Born February 5, 1971 in Elgin, IL, the son of Leonard and Irma Anderson. Dennis graduated Belvidere High School in 1990 and worked for Lou Bachrodt for 17 years. He married the love of his life Jeanette on July 13, 1996 in Rockton, IL.  Dennis loved all things antique, muscle cars, semi-trucks, being outdoors, and was extremely creative. He was a member of the Northern IL Jeep Alliance and loved spending time with his family.

He is loved and missed by his wife, Jeanette; children, Amanda (Cory) Smith, Andrea (Bryce) Havens; grandchild, Bryson Havens; siblings, Rodney Bracken, Linda (Ray) Dominick, Denise (Mike) Pattison; sister-in-law's, Christa Halverson, Tracey Follis, Dayna Greeson; brother-in-law, Joe Follis, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Debbie Anderson, Brenda Meier, Diane Finger, Robert Bracken and his beloved dog, Sam.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL 61008. A visitation will take place 4-7:00 p.m., Monday, October 1, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial in Belvidere Cemetery. Memorials to the family to establish a memorial later.
