Delmer Farr, 75, of Belvidere, IL, passed away Friday June 10, 2022. Delmer was born August 8, 1946 to Franklin and Eula-Belle (Witmer) Farr in Bluffton, Indiana. He graduated from Jefferson High School and went on to serve as an Air Policeman in the United States Air Force, stationed in Aviano, Italy from 1966 to 1972. After his service he worked for Chrysler in Belvidere, IL for over 25 years. He then went on to Elco Textron Inc in Rockford, IL for 10 years before he began his career as a truck driver for Syncreon in Belvidere, IL.

Delmer was an extremely hard-working man. He enjoyed spending his free time doing projects in the yard. He also had a love for cats and dogs and old muscle cars. He was fun to be around and always knew how to crack a joke and make everyone laugh.

Delmer is loved and will be missed greatly by his wife Dana Farr; his son Daniel (Danielle) Haskell, as well as his daughters, Maggie Harris, RaeAnne (Rick) Haskell; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Delmer is preceded in death by his father Franklin S. Farr; his mother Eula-Belle Farr; as well as his brothers Franklin F. Farr and Dale Farr.
