David Ray Wooley, Jr., Infant, of Belvidere, passed into eternity on October 25, 2005 at Rockford Memorial Hospital. He was the son of David R. and Dawn M. (Carlson) Wooley. He is survived by his parents, two sisters, Virginia (8 years old); and Anita (4 years old); half-brother, Steven Wooley; Paternal Grandmother, Lucille Wooley and Maternal Grandfather and Maternal Step-grandmother, Kenneth and Peggy Carlson, Jr. and Maternal grandmother, Scheri Kurtyak; numerous aunts and uncles and cousins. .
