Daniel James "Jim" Sullivan, 66, of Belvidere, IL passed away, Tuesday, February 15, 2022 in Rockford, IL. Jim was born April 16, 1955, the son of Daniel E. and Nancy A. (Firnstahl) Sullivan. Jim attended St. James Catholic School, Belvidere High School and Southern Illinois University. Jim loved flowers, plants and anything to do with the outdoors. He had a great smile, an infectious laugh and a big heart.Jim is loved and will be missed by his parents, Daniel and Nancy; siblings, Kelly (Carla) Sullivan, Terri (Bob) Bergman, Tom (Rose) Sullivan, Kathleen (Dave) Walling, Patrick (Robin) Sullivan, Michael Sullivan as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Jim is also survived by his beloved dog, Bowser and cat, Kit.Cremation rites have been accorded. Services are private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family to establish later.
