Belvidere, ILDale O. Stevens 72, of Belvidere, died Saturday morning April 25, 2009 after a sudden illness. Dale was born January 13, 1937 in Miller, SD the son of Clate and Mary (Avery) Stevens. He married Jerene M. Trammell on August 31, 1957 in Miller SD. Dale owned Belvidere Sanitary Services, ABC Well and Pump and ABC Self Storage semi-retiring two years ago. He enjoyed his work, tinkering around with the motor home and talking with people.Survivors include his wife Jerene of Belvidere; children, Clayton D. (Sandra) Stevens of Belvidere, Donna (John) Bates of Belvidere, Barbara (Chad) Denny of Tucson, AZ, Daryl (Karin) Stevens of Caledonia, IL; grandchildren, Cory Lind, Laura Lind, Amanda Stevens, Brandon Volkman, Alyssa Stevens, Abby Stevens and Nathan Stevens; brother Gene (Wanda) Stevens of SD and sister, Mildred (Don) Carl of WI; numerous nieces and nephews.Dale is predeceased by his parents and 3 sisters Louise Stevens, Dorothy Stevens and Norene Struse.

A memorial will be established in his name.
