Cynthia M. Johnson, 91, of Belvidere, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Born May 21, 1925 in Rockford, IL, daughter of Ashley and Agnes (Anderson) Hagaman. She married her first husband Donald who preceded her in death in 1945 and then married Keith W. Johnson in 1946 in Rockford. She attended Evangelical Covenant Church in Belvidere.

She will always be remembered for her devotion to her family and to her faith. She had a passion for painting and drawing, baking and flower gardening.

Cynthia is loved and will be missed by her children, Larry (Rita) Johnson of Mundelein, IL, Robert Johnson of Davis, IL, Charlene Mancuso of Walnut Hill, FL, Brian Johnson of Columbia Heights, MN, Constance (Steven) Van Kleeck of Kingston, NY; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Lowell Hagaman; sisters, Gloria Meden, Carol Hauser; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her beloved husbands; parents; brother; and two sisters.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008 with Pastor Scott Nellis officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:45 p.m. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Guillian-Barre Association.
