Connie E. Biggins-Johnson passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by loved ones on Monday, September 6, 2021. She was born April 5, 1954 to Clyde and Margaret (Elliott) Briscoe. She married her second husband, Scottie Johnson, July 10, 1999 in Rockford, IL. Connie truly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her 12 grandchildren! You could always find her on Sundays all decked out watching her Green Bay Packers. Connie was a loyal employee at Rockford Memorial Hospital, now Mercy Health, for twenty years.

She is loved and dearly missed by her husband, Scottie Johnson; daughters, Brandi, Nichole (Crystal) Samp, Bridget (Jeremy) Paul, Natalie (Raymond) Jones, Becky (John) Council and Natasha (Rhonda) Martinez; and brother, Curt (Sandy) Briscoe.

Connie was preceded in death by her first husband, Bradley Biggins; and her parents, Clyde and Margaret (Elliott) Briscoe.

A visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m., Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL 61008. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial at Highland Garden of Memories cemetery in Belvidere. Tim Wauchope will officiate.
