Cody J. Burchard, 24, of Belvidere, IL, died October 19, 2021, in Peoria, IL.He was born January 28, 1997, in Rockford, IL, son to Deborah Bowers. He graduated High School and worked for THMM Enterprises. His specialty was in cooking, indoors and outdoors, where he loved to make meals for and with his family and friends. He was a hard worker always working on projects around the house. He loved his dog named, Dala and his cat, Padamey.

Cody is loved and will be missed by his mother, Deborah; sister, Peyton; grandparents, Kathleen and James Bowers; uncles and aunts, Joseph (Dixie) Zobal, Robert Zobal and John (Colleen) Bowers; and many cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandpa, John H. Bowers; and uncles, Greg Zobal and Jason Bowers.
