Obituary

Clark W. Holden, age 65, of Belvidere, IL died Thursday afternoon, May 12, 2005 in his home after a lingering illness. Clark was born April 16, 1940 in Pell Lake, Wisconsin the son of Thomas P. and Lura A. (Williams) Holden, Sr. Clark married Jeanette DeJong-Adams on December 17, 1988 in the United Methodist Church in Genoa City, WI. Clark worked as a foreman for Die Cast in Woodstock, IL and retired from Dycast/Citation in Lake Zurich, IL in April of 2004. Clark served our country in the US Army and the Army reserves. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Belvidere and graduated from the Disciples 1 class. He loved to fish and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.Survivors include his wife, Jan; children Cynthia (Kevin) Borman of Harvard, IL, Chris (Rusty) Hatfield of Arkansas, Kim Adams of Texas, Penny (Jeff) Lilly of Texas, Terri (Olandis) Enk of Poplar Grove, IL; grandchildren, Mike Thames, Zack Enk, Taylor Lilly, Gage Enk, Natalie Borman, Austin Lilly; brother, Donald (Gail) Holden of Genoa City, WI; sister Nancy Kelley of Beloit, WI; sister in-law Lucille Holden of Genoa City, WI; best friend Bill Weiss. Clark is predeceased by his parents, brothers Thomas and Leonard and sister Shirley. The family wishes to acknowledge U.W. Hospitals in Madison, Dr. Malaker and Staff, OSF St. Anthony Medical Center CCC and First United Methodist Church for the love care and support given to Clark and his family

A memorial fund will be established with First United Methodist Church and the American Cancer Society in his name.
