Charles R. Clem, 68, of Belvidere, IL passed away on October
7, 2019 in Belvidere, IL. He was born on June 11, 1951 in Woodstock, IL to
Jerald and Roasalee (Elkins) Clem. He married his loving wife of 48 years, Patricia
Ludwick, on September 10, 1971 in Marengo, IL. After graduating from Woodstock
High School, he began working for Arnolds Engineering in Marengo, IL and has worked
there for 49 years. Charles loved trains, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, quilting,
and woodworking.

He will be deeply missed by his wife, Patricia; his
children, Lissa, Jennifer, and Jack Clem; his brother and sister, Robert (Cheri)
Clem and Debra (Dan) Schneider; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Austin, and Paige;
and his great-granddaughter, Ella.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother,
Frankie.

A memorial gathering will be from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday,
October 11, 2019 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave.,
Belvidere, IL, 61008. Memorial donations in Charles' name can be made to the family
