Catherine L. Gamlin , 90, of Belvidere, died Saturday, February 16, 2008 in Northwoods Health Care Center. Born December 26, 1917 in Racine, Wisconsin, the daughter of Ernest and Julia (Olson) Wyant. She married Keith Gamlin in Rockford, Illinois on April 5, 1942. Member of Belvidere First United Methodist Church, she was also member of the church's Ladies Auxiliary. Member of Eastern Star. She bowled for 45 years on Buck-Wheeler Funeral Home Bowling team. She is survived by two sons, Richard (Kathie) Gamlin, Belvidere; Kurt (Betsy) Gamlin, Wheaton, Ill.; five grandchildren, Jon, Erik, Trevor, Ryan, Kristen, five great-grandchildren, Lanie, Skylar, Hunter, Benjamin and Samuel. Preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister, Dorothy Dreibrusch.
