Carol L. Nickerson, 72, of Belvidere, died in her home Monday, March 25, 2013. Born November 28, 1940 in Northome, Minnesota; daughter of Carston and Enid (Flanders) Swanson. Carol loved to cook, work on crafts, do crossword puzzles, and was an avid reader. She was a kind, generous woman. Survivors include her daughters Kristie Haas of Washington, Lili (Ross) Mullins of Poplar Grove, Soni (Scott) McClinton of Arizona; grandchildren Justin, Megan, Kihra, Nathan, Ashlee, Cody, Mitchel, and Linsday; 2 great-granddaughters; sister Charlene Shove. Predeceased by her parents, daughters Lori Schultz and Cindy Murray, grandson Ryan Schultz, sisters Marylou Larson and Dorothy Higgins.
