Bruce W. Kneitz, 49, of Cherry Valley passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2008 in his home following a lengthy illness. Born August 27, 1959 in Waukegan, Il. the son of Henry and Patricia (Behrens) Kneitz, Jr. He married Sylvia Whitener in Davis Junction, Il. on September 25, 2005. He was a Handyman for many years. He was a veteran in the Air Force from 1977- 1979. Bruce was a member of Grace Family Church. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Whitener of Cherry Vally; a daughter, Brandy Kneitz, of Elgin, Il; his mother, Patricia Kellenberger, of Rockford, Il.; his father, Henry Kneitz, of Texas; a sister, Terrie Stevens, Oregon state; two brothers, Henry Kneitz, III, of California; Keith Kneitz, Chicago, Il.; four stepchildren, Nancy Knight, of Nigeria; Paul Watson, of Elgin, Il.; David Hendrickson, of Rockford, Il.; Sara Burress; and numerous family and friends.
