Bo David Ferguson, 33, of Belvidere, IL passed away suddenly on October 22, 2023. He was born on June 13, 1990 to Kara and Bret Ferguson. Bo was a deeply devoted father, son, uncle, brother, and friend. Family was everything to him. Bo came from a large family and he knew the value of quality time spent with those you love. Bo worked for many years at the Belvidere Chrysler plant, a member of the UAW local 1268. He had a strong work ethic and a strive for perfection. He was passionate and determined in all that he did. Bo would often fix things around the house or tinker with a new project. He had a love for nature and had a green thumb. Bo was very passionate about food and showed his love through cooking for others. He went on to establish Bo David's Restaurant with his father, Bret. Bo's personality was charismatic and caring. He had an amazing sense of humor and loved making people laugh. He loved boating and going to Cubs games. He will be greatly missed by all who love him.

He is survived by his daughter, Isabella Ferguson; his parents, Kara Ferguson and Bret (Ann Switzer) Ferguson; siblings, Ashley (David) Howe, and Shayna Ferguson; grandparents, Kathleen Arnett and Bonnie McGuire; nieces and nephews, Wrensleigh Ferguson, Harlow and Sawyer Howe; his pets which included his dogs, Ruger and Drake, and his cat, Kitty Buds; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be especially missed by cousins, Taylor and Hunter Ferguson; as well as the entire McGuire Family. He is welcomed into heaven by his grandparents, Grace and Larry Rielly, Danny Arnett, and David Ferguson; cousin, Tyler Ferguson; and great-great aunt, Pearl Nelson.

Bo's memorial visitation will be Friday, November 3, 2023 between the hours of 5-7pm, at Anderson Funeral & Cremation Services, located at 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL 61008. Memorial service to follow at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in establishing a college fund for his daughter.
