Beverly J. Meyers, 88, of Belvidere, IL, passed away on May 22, 2020 surrounded by her family. Beverly was born on December 8, 1931 in Beloit, WI to Thomas and Doris Laird. She married the love of her life, Emery Meyers, on June 12, 1948 in Rockton, IL. Beverly worked for Pate Foods in South Beloit, IL for over 20 years. She was a faithful member of First Congregational Community Church. She collected cardinals, angels, and dolls. Beverly loved spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Holly and will be missed by all.

Beverly will be dearly missed by her daughter, Connie Bowen; grandchildren, Tammy (Robert) Cheek, Christy Helser-Forcier; great-grandchildren, Bryan Cheek, Andrew Forcier, and Anna Forcier; and her best friend, Eva Thomas and Joanne Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Emery; son-in-law, Gene Bowen; grandchildren, Michael Roberts II and Kailah Cheek; and one brother.
