Beverly A. Hermanson, 80, of Belvidere, IL passed away Friday afternoon, January 30, 2015 in Maple Crest Care Centre after a lingering illness. Beverly was born March 14, 1934 in Poplar Grove, IL the daughter of Kenneth and Eleanore (Peters) Rewoldt. She married Harry A. "Bud" Hermanson on September 8, 1951 in Belvidere. Beverly was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a member of St. John's united Church of Christ.
Beverly is loved and will be missed by her son, Rick (Linda) Hermanson of Belvidere; daughter, Connie (Ivan) Sheley of Portland, OR; daughter in-law, Lisa Hermanson of Belvidere; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Beverly is predeceased by her parents, husband, son, Kevin and brother, Ronald Rewoldt.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday February 3, 2015 in Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services at Buck-Wheeler-Hyland Chapel, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL with Rev. Muriel Morley-Jahn, pastor of St. John's united Church of Christ officiating. Visitation will be from 10 am until time of service. Burial in Long Prairie Cemetery Capron, IL.
