Betty Ann Toman, 83, of Belvidere, IL died Wednesday morning, October 31, 2007 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a short illness. Betty was born August 17, 1924 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Charles and Lena (Miller) Anderson. She married Edward C. Toman on October 17, 1970. Betty worked for GTE as an inspector for 24 years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary, John Hugo Kaiser Post 1461 VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Boone Post 77 Auxiliary and Belvidere Moose Lodge #295 Auxiliary.Beloved mother of Susan (David) Whitfield of Carol Stream, Peggy Sue (Cleo) Cole of Carol Stream, Robert (Vickie) Cantrell of Belvidere; grandmother of eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.Betty is predeceased by parents; husband, Edward C. Toman; two sisters, Myrtle Swanson and Violet Kiester; brother, Ralph Anderson; and son John Cantrell.

A memorial will be established for First Presbyterian Church.
