Betty Jane Bernd, 63, of Belvidere, died Saturday, January 17, 2009 in O.S.F. St. Anthony Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was born on May 23, 1945 in Norristown, PA. the daughter of Clarence and Haddie K. (Keeler) Godshall. She has resided in Belvidere for the past 10 ½ coming here from Telford, PA. She was a self-employed hairdresser in Telford. She was a member of the Old Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ, Woxall, PA. In her sparetime she enjoyed gardening and cooking. She is survived by her loving companion, Joseph S. Waldspurger, Belvidere; two sons, Roger Lee Bernd and Brian Jay Bernd, both of Telford, PA; two grandchildren, Ashley and Jaret Bernd.
