Bernice C. Knutson, 81,of Romance, Ark., died Tuesday, May 9, 2006 in Beebe Retirement Home Beebe, Arkansas following a lengthy illness. Born September 16, 1924 in Coral, Illinois; the daughter of William H. and Stella (Rasmussen) Dollman. She resided with her daughter for the past year going there from Belvidere, Illinois. She was formerly married to Clifford Knutson he ha preceded her in death. Employed as a Transplanter for the Marengo Greenhouse for 20 years. She was baptized a Lutheran. Bernice is survived by three daughters, Judy Kay (Dennis) Morse, of Tomahawk, Wis.; Mary Lou (Richard) Bender, Romance, Ark.; Terri (Tom) Baser, Heber Springs, Ark.; one son, Tim Knutson, Belvidere, Ill.; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren; four nieces and one nephew and many special friends at Shadley Apartments. She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Allen Knutson; a sister, Florence Castleman; a nephew Jimmy Castleman and her parents.
