Bernadette "Bernie" Irene Mosinski, 74, of Rockford, Illinois, passed away December 23, 2018 in Rockford, Illinois. She was born March 10, 1944 in Chicago, IL to Frank and Irene (Siok) Mosinski. Bernadette attended technical college and worked for many years as an Cardio Echo technician at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She enjoyed spending time and visiting with her close friends as well as her family. Bernadette was also an avid Chicago Cubs fan and followed them closely since she was a child. The Chicago Cubs were an important part of her life, she rarely missed a game.

Bernadette is survived by her cousins, Jane Zons, Sister Faith, Arnold Sambel, George Mosinski; and her goddaughter, Kristin Strauss. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Irene.
