Belvidere, ILBarbara J. Sowa-Forman, 57, of Belvidere, IL died Tuesday, January 8, 2013 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Barbara was born June 29, 1955 in Millom, England, the daughter of Julian and June (McPherson) Sowa. Barbara married Mr. Thomas C. Forman on May 31, 1980 in Chicago, IL. She was an operating room nurse with West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park, IL. Barbara loved her family and friends and will be missed by her husband Thomas of Belvidere; children Christopher (Jennifer) Forman of Belvidere, Shannon (Cliff) Watanuki of Arlington Heights, IL, Brittany (Michael) Renello of Rockford, IL; grandchildren Alexys, Jaxson, Cullen, Addyson, Evan, Gabriella, Olivia; sister Christine (George) Sebek of DeKalb, IL; nieces and nephews. Barbara is predeceased by her father Julian and her grandparents.
