Barbara J. Bell, 82, passed away on January 2, 2019 at her home in Belvidere, IL.  She was born November 10, 1936 in Chicago Heights, IL, the daughter of Clarence and Mary Virginia (Viall) DeWitt.  She was an avid card player and loved to crochet lapghans for the veterans.  Barbara is loved and will be missed by her children, Brenda Stowers andLinda Behrends, as well as her grandchildren: Amber Hauser, Brittany Stowers, Cheyanne Stowers, Tyler Stowers, Renae Warbritton, Matthew Orcutt and Kaylah Bishop; and great grandchildren:  Jackson, Elijah, and Andrew Warbritton and Lydia and Silas Orcutt.   She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved son Robert N. Bell.  Private family service will be held at a later date.  Cremation rights have been accorded.  Memorials to be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
