Belvidere, IllinoisAustria F. Toledo, 72, of Belvidere, IL died Thursday, July 9, 2009 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a short illness. Austria was born July 19, 1936 in Guayaquil, Ecuador, South America the daughter of Manuel and Zoila Rosa (Muňos) Guerrero. She earned a degree in Home Economics and enjoyed shopping, gardening, crafts, an occasional garage sale and she was also a talented seamstress. Austria attended St. James Catholic Church.Survivors include her children, Sergio Toledo, Jr, Rafael (Kathleen) Toledo both of Rockford, Gabriel Toledo and Ivan (Debra) Toledo both of South Carolina; step-father, Bernardo Benitez; sister, Vilma Guerrero of Maryland; grandchildren, Alexandria Toledo, Erica Toledo, Jonathan Toledo, James R. Toledo, Anne-Marie (Dave) Larson, Jeremy M. Toledo, Scott (Bridget) Barnett, Alica (Kenneth) Jordan, Jennifer Barnett, Devan Toledo; great grandchildren, Kelly and Ryan Larson; nieces, Ingrid Astudillo, Karen Astudillo, Alexandra Astudillo and Cinthya Astudillo.Austria is predeceased by her parents and brother.
