Armando Baltazar, 59, of Belvidere, died Wednesday, April 27, 2005 in O.S.F. St. Anthony Medical Center following a short illness. Born November 13, 1945 in Piedars Negras, Mexico. The son of Francisco and Maria (Dolores) Baltazar. A resident of Belvidere since 1968. He came here from Mexico. Married to Judy Rogers in Harvard, Illinois on August 28, 1981. He was employed as a machine Specialist by Green Giant Company for 37 years. Armando enjoyed supporting the Chicago Cubs Baseball team. Survived by his wife, Judy of Belvidere; three sons, Jeff of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Jesse and Jimmy, both of Belvidere, Illinois, his mother, Maria Dolores de Baltazar, of Eagle Pass, Texas; two sisters, Maria Luisa Sanchez, of Fort Worth, Texas; Maria de la Baltazar, of Eagle Pass, Texas; three brothers, Luis Baltazar, of Faribault, Minnesota; Hector Baltazar, of Eagle Pass, Texas; and Juan Baltazar, of Cottage Grove, Minnesota. Armando was preceded in death by his father, Francisco and infant son, Frank.
