Arlene Fowler, 95, Mesa, AZ (formerly Belvidere, IL) passed away November 13, 2017 in Mesa surrounded by her family.

She was predeceased by her husband, George. She is survived by her sons John (Kerstin) Fowler and Kevin (Susan) Fowler; grandchildren Erick Fowler, Julie (Steve) Mead, Erin (Jeremy) Schumacher, Andrew (Rhealene) Fowler, and several great-grandchildren.  A visitation and memorial service will be held in Belvidere, IL April 7, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Home 10:00 to 11:00 (218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL). Immediately following is a luncheon at First United Methodist Church (610 Bonus Ave., Belvidere, IL).  A private burial will be at Shattuck's Grove Cemetery. The family requests no flowers. Instead, a memorial is being established for a bench at the Boone County Fairground in Arlene's and George's names.
