Anna E. Yaun, 90, of Belvidere, died Wednesday, December 26, 2012 in her home following a lengthy illness. She was born on November 30, 1922 in New Glarus, Wisconsin; the daughter of August and Anna (Koller) Fiez. Anna married Raymond Yaun in New Glarus on June 14, 1948. She was employed in Food Production at the Belvidere Green Giant Plant. Anna was a member of St. John United Church of Christ and the Eagles Club Women's Auxiliary. She was also a Sunday School Teacher as well as played on the Eagles Bowling team. Anna also enjoyed crocheting, knitting and embroidery. She is survived by seven children, Donna (Jim) Keacher, Stacy, Minnesota; Gary (Nancy) Yaun, Bellville, Wisconsin; Sue (Duane) Pope, New Glarus, Wisconsin; John "J.C." Yaun, Monticello, Wisconsin; Vicki (George) Freise, Marengo, Illinois; Teresa (Ray) Schell, Port Deposit, Maryland; and Roberta "Bobbie" (Jim) Mueller, Belvidere, Illinois; 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren with 3 on the way, and many nieces and nephews. Anna is preceded in death by her parents, husband in 2010, two sons, Richard Allen and Raymond Kent Yaun; four brothers and four sisters and two little angels who will meet their great grandmother in heaven.
