Rockford, ILAnna Ramirez, 95, of Rockford and formerly of Poplar Grove, died Sunday afternoon, May 27, 2012 in PA Peterson Home. Anna was born June 24, 1916 in Denta, Romania the daughter of Johann and Eva (Stoll) Hehn. Anna married Peter Hladeck in May 1931 in Denta, Romania; he died in World War II; she later married George Ramirez who also precedes her in death. Anna was a loving mother as well as a dietary cook for church and health care organizations for over 50 years. Eva was a member of St. James Catholic Church of Belvidere and various Catholic Church organizations, activities and charities. She also worked for the Rockford Diocese, Bishop Arthur O'Neil and other church management until retiring in 1990.Anna is loved and will be missed by her children Eva Thomas of Belvidere and Albert Hladeck of Marengo; three grandchildren Michael (Linda) Hladeck, James Patrick (Lori) McGuire, Rebecca (Gary) Paisley; four great-grandchildren Matthew and Nicole Hladeck, Krystal and Shaun McGuire. Anna is predeceased by her parents, both husbands; brothers Albert, Joseph, John and Peter.
