Anna Meyers, 94, of Garden Prairie, Illinois, died Thursday, March 13, 2008 in Northwoods Health Care following a lingering illness. Born July 12, 1913 in Palermo, Italy, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pasquale Currere. Anna married William Meyers in Belvidere, Illinois on September 24, 1955. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church. She is survived by friends, Cheryl and Jim Fassett of Garden Prairie. She is preceded in death by parents, her husband and brother, Sam Currere.
