Ann W. Dooley, 66, of Loves Park went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 21, 2021. She was born in Rockford on August 23,1954. Ann is survived by her brother Robert Westerberg and sister-in-law Sandra of Arizona. She is also survived by many close and dear friends. Ann was a long-time special education teacher and educational diagnostician at numerous schools in Rockford District #205. Ann had a "Servant's Heart". The celebration of Ann's life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W.
