Alan Anderson, born November 27, 1956, in Belvidere, Illinois, passed away peacefully, December 31, 2025.

Alan was the son of Floyd and Eunice "Marie" (Butram) Anderson. He attended Belvidere High School and went on to build a lifelong career as a truck driver. Alan truly loved the road and took great pride in his work. He was confident in his abilities behind the wheel and earned the respect of others in the trucking community for his skill, reliability, and professionalism.

Alan is survived by his siblings: Larry (Karen) Anderson, Mark Anderson, Greg (Debbie) Anderson, Elizabeth (Daryl) Mootrey, and Donna (Paul) Parry; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Eunice "Marie" Anderson.

Cremation rites have been entrusted to Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services.
